Received in damaged condition.
Received in defective condition.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact AVC Chemical with your order details and supporting photographs of the product and packaging.

Our team will review the request and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or other suitable resolution.

Returns will be accepted only after confirmation from AVC Chemical.

5. Refund Policy

If a refund is approved, the applicable refund amount will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method agreed upon with the customer.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method or financial institution.

6. Cancellation

Order cancellation may be possible if the request is received before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, cancellation may not be possible and the applicable return policy will apply.

7. Exchange or Replacement

Where a product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered due to an error on our part, AVC Chemical may provide a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.

8. Shipping and Return Charges

If a return is approved due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product supplied by AVC Chemical, we may arrange or bear the applicable return shipping cost.

Returns arising from customer preference or reasons not covered under this policy may be subject to applicable shipping or handling charges.
